How to go Live stream to Instagram from PC? Interesting right!
We all love to go live on Instagram. Have you ever thought to do live streaming of games or any other activity such as showing tutorials or anything like that?
It’s so boring to hold your phone and showing a screen by holding a phone. Which is not just uncomfortable but also lacks quality.
Today I’m gonna share a complete tutorial on how you can do a live stream of your desktop to your Instagram audience.
You’ll need the following tools for Live Stream on Instagram from PC/Desktop:
1. Yellow Duck ( Download: https://yellowduck.tv/ ) <— Important
2. OBS Studio (Download: https://obsproject.com/download ). you can use any other streaming platform as well if you’re familiar with such pieces of stuff, else use this if you don’t know what to do.
You’re done downloading and installing both above-mentioned software(s):
- Open Yellow Duck and Enter your Instagram account details.
- Once you entered the right details and logged in, you’ll see two fields, URL & Steam Key,
- Keep Yellow Duck window aside and open OBS Studio, there on the right bottom you’ll see ‘Settings’ option after Studio Mode option, open Settings.
- Select the ‘Stream’ option on the left side menu and then choose ‘custom’ in Service. then you’ll have two fields under that such as URL & Stream Key. Copy both field values from Yellow Duck and copy those into OBS Studio fields and click Apply and hit Ok.
- Now click on Start streaming on OBS and your screen will be live to your Instagram account.
